just why do people buy cheap machines?

why oh why do people buy a chainsaw lawnmower from a supermarket or such and then expect someone to help them for free when it goes wrong chuck it in the bin and buy one from a dealer

I like to tell people that cheap machines are like a disposable lighter.
When it runs out of fuel, Throw it away.
But they don't get the message..
You get what you pay for.

It's a human nature thing I guess - buying cheap in the forlorn hope of a bargain - and many of us (including me) we never learn!

Other people come on here and ask a non-specific question as a way of getting something that bothers them off their chest.

Why do so few people ever say thank-you ?
Why do people forget to enter the make & model?
Why do people ignore capitalization and punctuation when forming their questions - is it ignorance or a desire to look cool?

You see - it parallels life in general - more questions than answers.

We will probably never know.

Good luck...
