not sure just blown head gasket as its a lot of oil flowing into radiator , ford 4000 is a three cylinder diesel engine.how do I know if its more serious/

Gasket blown? e.g. head gasket. If so will require the cylinder head to be removed in order to replace the gasket. Expensive if an overhead cam engine.
