check to see what progs are not filling up,check if taps are on,put machine on a whites prog it should fill hot,if not check hot tap is on,check if hose is not kinked,do same for rinse prog it should fill cold if you have a test meter take top of machine and test across the valves on ohms scale,make sure you remove the plug from power socket first now and this is important,remove one wire from the valve and test across the valve,if you get a reading then the valve is ok,now do same for other valve if you get reading there too then you have a prob in the pressure system get back to us
