Why is my freezer frosting up and fridge not cooling enough?

I have a Samsung RL36SBMS where the freezer appears to over freeze(frost up) but the fridge does not cool enough. I have removed the panels, de-iced it, checked the magnet and that the motor turns the paddle on switch on. The paddle seems to be mostly in one position, over the vent.
Any ideas please?

Could be a problem on your defrost cycle this we found out when we contacted which who put us onto www.agsrefrigeration.co.uk they attended and rectify the fault.
