gilera dna 50 wont start?

my gilera dna 50 wont start was running fine until i hit a pothole then it started holding back white smoke came out of the exhaust it cut out and now wont start i have petrol going into the carb checked the spark plug thats sparking but still wont start ,,any ideas

Hi,

White smoke is associated with air, or in this case excessive air. You may have dislodged some part of the inlet side of your fuel system, this could incude:
1/ Loose air inlet manifold
2/ Cracked inlet manifold stub
3/ Loose spark plug (yes it does happen)
4/ Dislodged vaccum pipe

Have a good look at the integrity of the whole area for loose pipes, bolts and jubilee clips.
