hoover dishwasher cold water?

Like in topic do not heating water stops during the cycle and start beep.
I've checked heater it have 29ohm. pressure switch , and thermostat. all the items works . Last thing is probably relays but all electronics is on PCB board.
Please help if missed something.

I just re soldered all pins and still nothing. Not heating at any program. Nothing at all.

does it heat at all during the cycle or is it never activated?.resolder all the pins associated with the heater relay on the pcb and then retry
