to difficult to explain strip down to get access to the top of the grill cavity but what I do for my customers is fit a metal mount at a different point on the element and screw it back in.Ideally you need a small pilot hole drilling first or use one of these depending how big the hole is http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sz2yZNqGNqo
