why is my hotpoint aquarius tcm580 tumble dryer not spinning?

my hotpoint aquarius tcm580 condenser dryer has a fault. It makes all the right noises and gets hot but the drum isn,t turning. can I fix this quite easily?

belt broken, not easy unless good with mechanical things, elastic belt tight to fit sometimes needs special tool . Cheers
