When I put the my break on I hear a clicking sound and I can feel it as well it seem to be getting worse

can you feel it kicking back your brake pedal?My guess is front discs/pads need looked at,check pads are free in the caliper bridge,caliper pistons/slides are free and check condition of discs,don`t take any chances,if in doubt renew discs and pads,good luck.
