It looks like your engine management system has sensed a misfire and I think the code relates to cyl.no.1.There could be a number of explanations but would start with the basics first and make sure your filters/plugs are in good condition,check you have no air leaks in your intake system,a 2nd hand coil pack would be worth a go also.Where do you fill up with fuel?is it good quality,I hear about dodgy fuel at supermarkets all the time and have seen it first hand with primary filters blocked with dirt/sludge.Before you start getting into technical issues regarding egr valves/ecu`s etc would have a look at these items and if you get it repaired a code reader will delete your fault from your system,good luck.
