sounds like the support bearing at the back is gone - had the same problem with ours - quick check- open the door and see if the drum lifts up and down - you can get kits for most of them but then you've got to strip it down and fit them - by the time you've paid for that you wont be far off the price of a new one unless you know someone who could do it for you - its not that difficult - hope this helps
