Fork lift is run on gas but gas gets frozen on way to engine and won't start .can you tell me how to fix it

When the liquid in the gas cylinder is converted into a gas it takes heat from the surrounding areas to do this,is the bottom of the cylinder iced up?I would say that this is normal and would make sure your regulator isn`t at fault.It may be that you need a water guage to check your gas flow/operating pressures each side of your regulator etc.
