My beko seems to be stuck on a cycle and when I cancel it it does not drain water... When finishing... Any help would be much appreciate it. Thanks

un plumb it.take it to the door and lift front over door step.remove filter.job done.

It's still full of water and the opening is so low I can't get anything underneath it to drain it ...any ideas?

have you removed the filter bottom right and cleaned it out plus also checked that the drain pump impeller rotates freely??
