Does anyone know the type and size capacitor i need for a hoover vhc180-80?
I have a vhc180-80 and the drum isn't turning on its own..it you give it a little push, it turns like a dream until it changes direction and then it doesn't seem to have enough juice to kick start it again so i give it another little push. Am i right in thinking that it needs a new capacitor? And if so, have anyone sot the technical info as i have just called hoover and they say i need to buy the whole motor unit for £85 cough, and espares and buyspares don't have either the stock or the confidence in the item i am requesting.......all help gratefully received! Thank you
