Try formating it.
Under Windows, in the explorer when the stick is connected to any USB port. Right-click the drive leter assigned to the USB drive. You'll see an option to format. Click that entry.
If that don't work, it may be that the stick is defective.
As for any driver, there are not realy any. It's just an identification and setup process, then the USB drive is accessed like an ordinary hard drive.
