My tumble dryer is setting off the trip switch in my flat every time I turn it on this has happened for no apparent reason all of a sudden what could be causing this and how can I fix it.
Also my son poked a bra wire through the ventilation holes in the back of the drum where you put the clothes it was working perfectly well after this then all of a sudden broke what should I do I don't have the money to pay for repairs of buy a new one.
Please help me I don't know what I should do to fix it myself I is a beko DRCS68 C Energy Rated 6kg Condenser Tumble Dryer.

water in the element.Disconnect from mains.remove the shaped panel from the back panel to expose the element.if it looks damp get a hairdryer and dry it out really well.then retest.if it does it again you may have a blockage or a faulty drain pump causing a water build up in the reservoir in the back
