zanussi aquasave dishwasher stops mid cycle?

My dishwasher stops mid cycle and will not 'click' forward unaided. It has recently been in storage , could this be a fault of lying unused for a while. Everything else works ok.

could be issue of storage.pumps seize.elements fail.On electronic machines pcb fall over.If I'm honest never store items in cold outside sheds and garages unless for a short time as very often they refuse to work afterwards.Sell them
