Electrolux fan oven cutting out/over heating??

Have a fairly old but good Electrolux EOB5630X fan built in oven. Normally cooks lovely but recently if it's above 190c the fans, heat element and temperature light all stop working,. The inside light and power light stay on and if left as it is For about 15-20 just starts working again. It done it a couple of Times before in the past and now nearly everyone we use it? Is it time to replace it or a simple replacement of a fault part?

Good shout from ck is more likely no supply to fan.

KENJO, October 2013
check the control stat attached to the cooling fan as they can fail/burn out causing no fan issue

probably the ventilation fan is faulty if the oven does not overheat inside. this causes an overheat stat to shut the oven off.(vent fan will be in the cavity between the oven and the outside casing. Cheers
