Whats wrong?

Scontronic 9448 activates when we turn the mains power off.

Hi,iam replacing,well trying to put new light fitting up in our bedroom,alarm bells ring when i switch upstairs lighting curcuit off.How can i stop the bell ringing while i fit new fitting.
