rear brake pads?

do i have to remove the big nut on my wifes c3 to take off drum for brakes

If there is no small grub screw holding the drum onto the hub and it is part of the hub then yes,the hub nut will need to be removed,I think a C2 is a one piece so I suspect it could be much the same here
