pump inop in last winter,changed pump,still inop.Fuse ok,changed relay and stalk,still inop.Electrics not my strong point on these new ecu systems

don't know why folk just change things without testing the obvious first,like have you power to the pump ?is there water in the tank,(not as daft question as it seems)have the hoses to windscreen split,?they do it if no antifreeze in tank ,just don't replace bits,use your head and test things
