The only problem , until now, was that it would sometimes try to go in reverse when were pushing "run" and feeding the items through the laminator. . I was using it before we ran out of film and noticed that it was stopping frequently. I assumed that was because the film was almost out. When I reloaded the machine , it did the same thing. After trying it a few more times, it finally just totally quit running. It heats up, but when we push "run" nothing happens.

the push run it reverses is definetely the membrame switch it needs replaced, a quick easy job 20 bucks from GBC...

the not run at all might be the membrame switch.....

is the machine jammed from a wrap?

does it make any noise at all when told to run forward or reverse?
