i have a double oven and the bottom fan oven isnt working nor is the clock we have tried disconeting the clock but that doesnt work please can someone help desprate times

Make and model would give us something to go on, without that can only suggest if the clock does not work then there is no supply to the clock, and the clock controls the fan oven, so isolate the oven from the mains and check all the connections are good in the mains input terminal block, possibly one burnt out. Cheers
