Where is the Sump Plus on My Ford Fiesta?

I am trying to do an oil change on my 1996 Ford Fiesta 1300 engine and cant find the sump plug. Can you tell me where to look?

The drain plug is at the rear of the sump cover (the lowest part of the engine casing) Make sure to change drain plug washer as well.
