When I set the machine to wash (any cycle), it fills with water, the water jet starts, the machine takes the soap powder and then after a minute or so, it immediately skips to the 'drain' setting and drains all the water out then stops.

The display does't show any error messages, the time displayed just skips from 2:01 to 0:03.

Any help would be appreciated.

water pressure switch issue or a split pressure hose can cause this issue.whilst your at it check the motor brushes
