candy CIC60 tumble sryer?

I have noticed a few other people have the same problem as me. The tumble dryer, (candy CIC60) is working but not heating up. I wonder if there is a reset button on the machine. Can anyone tell if there is and if so where is it?

There are two small objects on the back of the heating element. One is black and cylindrical the other white and cuboid in shape. Can anyone offer some advice as to what these are, or rather which is which?

yes, it is the microtemp on the element that goes. its just happened on mine.
