door catch on hygena select dishwasher is not working?

The door catch is stuck in the up position and therefore the dishwasher leaks how can I release it?

turn dishwasher off and try hook the door catch back in to the open position.You might need to replace the door catch but all depends if you can reset it and it works OK afterwards
