My boiler keeps flashing orange A4 and I have no heating or hot water I have to mess around with the reset button or switch off from the mains to get it working..... its getting a joke now and having to do so every hour its only 12 months old and so unreliable. It also has F7 and D1 that flashes I dont know what these codes mean, my boiler never turns on through the timer and I have to physically get up each morning to turn thermostat up as it doesnt work any other way. I had an engineer out from Ferroli but the experience of calling customer services to arrange that was enough to put me off calling them again obnoxious!!!! Should of gone with woucester!!!!
