How can I fix my Samsung Cool n Cool fridge freezer?

Firstly, I have difficulty setting the temperaure of my Samsung Cool n Cool fridge freezer. When the unit were off for a while it is possible to set the temperature but there after it is not posible to change the temperature. Secondly when the unit reach the set temperature it switch off and not on again.
