honda jazz automatic jerking?

My automatic Jazz jerks/shudders while accelerating (mostly at lower speeds) & when slowing down exiting a highway. It has cut out on me twice, then i have to turn the ignition off & it usually starts again. Lately the car also sounds like the accelerator is sticking & the car will rev quite high. It has been on 3 diagnostic machines without any errors, we have serviced it & replaced the crank angle position sensor.....but it hasn't helped! I took it to Honda & the mechanic who test drove it said it needs a CVT flush (gearbox oil change) this has also been done, but without burning the clutch like he recommended. Please help, we have spent almost R4000 now!!

ref the auto box only. The supposed fluid change/flush will not fix it. It needs stripping and new start clutch fitted.

If Honda are supposed to have fixed it, take it back and complain. Their work should be warranted.
