hello mate the bike seems to be going fine one of my bosses mates reckons i need a new spark plug may be a hotter one so i bought both any way she seems to be going well ,my mane concern is he has said i onley need to go easy for the first hundred miles and then open her up a bit as he reckons she will clog up keepin her revs to low,now when i bought her the onley thing she needed was a new piston and rings the head was perfect we tested for hair line cracks and she was clear so ive been takin the revs as high as 7 1/2 and shes been ok so far so good what do reckon

well jp its hard to say really ,i would suggest running it in for at least 500 miles and if you go too slow it can build up some oil in the exhaust but it will only burn up when you eventually give it a thrashing :)i would say put a cap full of oil in the petrol tank while you are running it in anyway the rest is up to you ,by the way you can derestict the bike by cutting a wire that goes into the cdi unit under the rear seat im pretty sure its black and white ok tc m8
