I have the same problem, I changed the control module (behind the buttons) that didn't work then checked all wiring connections which were all ok, which only leaves the main PCB module located inside right hand side wall/panel, hope this helps

Is it working OK other than the light flickering?.If so it is just the neon faulty and is nothing to worry about as they all end up this way with age.If it annoys you then replace
