On dryer cycle I'm getting slight rattling followed by error E20.
Detailed instructions on removing the pump would be appreciated. With the machine on its side I can see that the pump seems to be attached to the bottom by 4 large white clip things. Do I squeeze these and push them through or what?
some pumps are held with 3 screws but I think yours slides out of the filter housing.The 'O' ring might stay inside the filter housing when you pull the pump out but put your finger in and retrieve it.If 'O' ring is lime scaled roll it in the palm of your hands to clean.refit using washing up liquid

One thing - does an O ring just fit round the body of the pump?
Will it be obvious to someone who doesn't know what you mean! Do I just hold the ring and tug the pump?

squeeze them and using a large blade flat screwdriver pries up the filter housing just enough to slide pump out which is held with an 'O' ring
