rear panel makes a vibrating noise in fan assisted oven?

I have a rangemaster classic 110 and when using the fan oven it makes a loud vibrating noise which stops if you press against the rear panel inside the oven.
I have checked that everything is tightened up so what else can I do

could just be metal to metal vibration event though the screws are tight.sometimes removing and twisting the metal panel tightens everything enough to stop it.Could also be caused by a fan motor or fan blade unbalanced
