Hi there now before I start I have a feeling I could be lectured about the following ha

basically I have a A1 omnicron istalled at my works unit now I'm not willing to go down the road of buying a new system because I don't have anything that is that valuable in there anyway but basically someone shot the outside box about 6-7 years ago and it prettymuch killed the fuses in the panel but I have brought it back to life! fixed the bell box strobe sounder work fine along with the red l.e.d at the front, what I have done is set a code and I can't remember it but I have seen on here that if you power it down it resets this however hasn't worked is there another way?

jay to let you understand we are pros on this site,and we like to have a laugh,your panel is rubbish,no other way to say it,buy a good panel like a scantronic 9651 and fit a new 7 amp battery too

thanks for the reply's yes I will try 9999 and yes in about 2007 it got shot by some idiots in a window by pellets they shot the strobe as well But ive replaced it now and its been quite fine for the last 18 years or something

Shot the sounder?.

There's several omnicrom models one of which is a wireless jobbie.

The early omnicroms simply used key presses for a factory default,
Eg enter engineers code then hit the zero key.

The factory engineering default code is 9999 if that helps,but chances are it's been changed and probably not running on programming defaults.

Can't give you a link for the engineering books, so try the net because you will need one for instructing you how to default user/engineering codes and also for programming.
