My Samsung RS21DCNC fridge freezer is not freezing or cooling. I have changes the thermostat on the freezer panel. No difference. There is power to the unit and the fan seems to be working. Any ideas?

the first thing you should look for is there any errors coming up on the screen .. normaly if there is an error the display screen will go blank and a little green segment will flash .

if so take a note of what segment is flashing - ie the segment will be part of the number 8 .

you can try and override the error by pressing the top right and top left button for 10 seconds ..

if this doesnt work - or if you are not getting any errors you would be best to call an engineer .
