How can I fix my Delongi Range Oven?

I have a Delongi Range Cooker and the bottom oven has just stopped working. We went and bought a heating element thinking it was that and it still does not work. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

did you buy and fit the correct element.if its a fan oven it will have more than 1 element.Don't forget to set clock timer if fitted otherwise no power to main oven.
