how can i fix an error E1 on sam4s?

when I turn it on and touch any button , it starts peeping and show E1 error.

no, not the clear button or cancel. when I turn it of and back on the beeping goes away ,but when I touch the other button it won't respond like numbers. when I touch the rest it starts beeping again. how can rest the whole thing to factory setting or something like that. thanks
