xr5 2008 mondeo hatch lock stays open. ?
The hatch boot lock stays open and the boot will not close. It just rests. I adjusted the 'u' shape catch but it made no difference. There is no clicks when I use the boot release on the key ring. I put a screw driver in the hook and manually I can push it up and the catch closes over the shaft.
