you must have a leak somewhere
either on your system [rads or CH pipework]
or boiler leaks
you also need to determine if leak happens when
boiler COLD CH OFF
or
boiler HOT CH ON
fixing a leak is relatively simple
the problem is finding the leak
be warned!
if you cant find the leak yourself from simple observations then be prepared to pay heavily [BY THE HOUR] for a qualified plumber/engineer to spend a whole day if necessary looking for a leak from ''somewhere'' on your system
this is even before any repairs are carried out
