my neff S5943Xgb dishwasher program lights are all on. it runs the water in?

all program lights on runs cold water into drain pumps out doesnt wash wont switch it self off cant reset it have took it out of unit drained water out still wont reset

Sounds like a faulty control unit, there is no designed situation where all the prog lights come on together. Cheers
