how do I open the filter on my bosch excel 1400 washing machine, i have turned the plastic nut on the bottem right corner but cannot remove it to clean filter
if it hasn't been out for a long time then it may well be stuck.push and pull back and forth and hope it becomes looser until it hopefully pulls out.Have had to break filter out due to lack of customers checking them
