Sounds like a faulty control board. Switch off power at wall plug & pull plug out of wall socket. Leave off for a few minutes to drain all power off the control board then plug it back in and try. Sometimes that will reset everything but if it still does it then you will have to call a service company. Replacing the main board will be expensive so ask for a quote first.
