My machine wont drain or spin and main drum is leaning sidewards, help?
My machine that I have decided to stop two days ago, when i looked the water had not drained and the main drum was leaning to the side. On closer inspection i saw a plastic strip about 2 -3 inches long coming from the inside top of the machine but no where it goes. Im very confused and with 4 kids i NEED my machine, Someone please help.
