the main stand bolt will most certainly be rusted in place, try soaking it overnight in wd40 or paraffin is excellent for this sort of job, then using a steel bar slightly smaller diameter than the stand bolt holding it against the end of bolt hit it lightly with a hammer until it starts to move, make sure you're hitting the same end that the split pin/horseshoe clip came off as the other end has a head on it.
