my neff oven convector doesnt work . how can i fix it?
my neff oven is fan assisted and until last week had been working very well. The fan for some unknown reason no longer works and there is very little heat coming out of the oven.
can you help ? WHAT DO I NEED TO DO
If the fan isn't circulating then that will be why the oven doesn't appear to be getting hot. What is the model number (enr)? It is likely that you need a new fan oven motor.
