Is it a frost free one?.If so the auto defrost may have stopped working.this could be a heater,stat or timer/pcb issue.best way to test this is to manually defrost it with both doors left open for 24hrs in a warm area.then switch it back on and see if fridge and freezer start to work again.if they do but then in a week or so time pack up again then suspect defrost issue and parts listed above.also check fan works if fitted
