Not freezing?

I have a Brant Fridge freezer which has stopped working suddenly and freezer compartment has started to thaw. Back of machine is cold. Then for a few hours it started up again for no reason, froze the food and now has stopped again. Any solution please

Is the appliance somewhere colder than 12deg c?.If so this could be the issue potentially.put it in a warmer room and retest
