I'm not fobbing you off here.
The scantronic is a excellent gear.

The euro mini has Prox reader too and so has the texecom premier, much nicer than the Veritas.

If you do go for the veritas then go for the R8 plus with excel LCD remote keypad as the led keypads look naff and tells you nothing.

Anyway me shut up now as I tend to waffle on a bit but only trying to help.

Ps you have sense of humor :D

One more thing :)

If you go for the scantronic 9651 then shop around and don't be afraid to ask the supplier for a 9651/9943 combo.

The 9943 is the keypad with prox reader so you can use fob to arm and disarm the system.

Can keep fob on house keys for convenience if you wish.

What I meant to say is I Recommend the scantronic 9651 or castle's euro mini for small/medium installs.

He's right I nearly put a hammer through one of these years ago,not because it made me late for another call, was because it had me chasing none existent faults that it kept throwing.

And it crashed on testing the bells.

I've only ever touched that one since, well tbh I've never seen another but rest assured it would defo be a rip out job and I wouldn't even touch it, battery or not.

Get a large object.
Hit the item, making sure the mains ( Electricity) is turned off to it.
Take the bits and place in a bin.

Go buy a Scantronic 9651 or a Texecom Veritas.

Sorted
