A neighbour has put up security cameras and one in particular is objectionable and her answer was on first contact 'see a layer' he said we can shield them to stop overlooking. Bob if it's a pro install then the guys will have used electronic masking to mask off areas of no concern,and your sun room/your property is one.

Another thing CCTV recording are only usually viewed following an event,so it's highly unlikely your neighbour is sat there watching you your property.

It's the DIY install you should question.
